The Only Rotary Power
The Japan Super GT Series GT500 Class has entrants from manufacturering teams while the GT300 Class has over twenty privateer team entries. This is a 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit of the ORC Amemiya SGC-7 which raced in the 2008 Super GT Series as the only rotary engine powered machine. The SGC-7 used the Mazda RX-7 as its base to become a fully fledged race-spec machine. The polycarbonate body realistically captures the sleek form of this machine and is mounted on the excellent longitudinally placed motor shaft-driven 4WD TB-03 chassis. This machine will surely bring excitement to R/C races just like at the Super GT.
Born for the Circuit - TB-03
Equipped with many race-use parts as a standard, the TB-03 also features a longitudinally-mounted motor and shaft-driven 4WD drivetrain with 3-piece propeller shaft. The bathtub frame also has an integrated motor cooling duct to enhance motor performance. The suspension mimics the TRF416's front and rear uprights, short reversible suspension arms, and with the unique front inboard layout it gives fans a highly evolved 4WD chassis.
