Wehrmacht commanders existed only in countries that were subject to German civilian administration, ie, they were administered by the Reich Commissioner or Chief of Civilian Administration (CdZ). The Wehrmacht commanders had no civilian administrative duties, the executive power rested with the chief of civilian administration. Wehrmacht commanders established a network of command offices. Their competencies mostly corresponded to those of a commanding general or commander in a military district. Their subordination was not uniformly regulated. Some of them were directly subordinate to Adolf Hitler, and some of them received instructions from the Wehrmacht command. Wehrmacht commanders commanded units in all parts of the Wehrmacht (army, air force, navy) in their area of responsibility and, in addition to the police, were responsible for security tasks and the use of land to supply the Wehrmacht.
The Wehrmacht commanders represented military interests vis-à-vis the Reich Commissioners or other heads of civilian administration. However, when civilian areas were affected, they took over the implementation of military requirements on their own responsibility. Wehrmacht commanders were authorized to issue orders in the civilian sector only in exceptional military cases.
The models of the Zvezda series of the Snap Kit series are intended mainly for beginning builders. Individual plastic pieces need to be cut from the moldings with a knife or snapped out with pliers. The plastic pieces are designed so that they can snap together and thus hold together. We definitely recommend gluing the individual pieces together after clicking to increase the strength of the models, eg with Revell Contacta Professional glue.
The assembled model must then be painted with enamel (synthetic) or acrylic paints on plastic models.
