Why this aircraft matters

ZK-OKH carries a dramatic, full-black livery with a sharp white nose. That paintwork honours the All Blacks, New Zealand’s legendary rugby team. It was one of the few wide-body jets ever painted entirely black, and likely the world’s largest such airframe.

The jet entered Air New Zealand’s fleet in 2007. It embraced this bold design in 2018, stepping onto the field as a flying symbol of national pride.

It has since flown across the globe. Its black fuselage stood out in terminals and on runways wherever it landed.

This model goes beyond airline display. It shows how a plane can carry identity—rugby, culture, design—across continents. It transforms a functional aircraft into a national icon.

How to use it
Place it on your desk, shelf, or in a dedicated aviation display. The included stand allows for an in-flight angle. No tools, glue, or paints are required. Everything is factory-finished and ready to showcase.

This is a diecast model. It is fragile and not recommended for children.
