Built especially for the bigger trailers entering service in the 1960s, this WalthersMainline model of the 89' Channel Side Flatcar is a must for period intermodal modeling in HO Scale. Based on the F89F flatcars owned by Trailer Train and many railroads, over the years these cars carried 28', 40', 45' 48' and 53' trailers. Features of the fully-assembled models include:
