Why this aircraft matters
This aircraft marks the first Boeing 777-300ER converted to freighter for Kalitta Air. It joined the fleet in October 2024 after conversion by Israel Aerospace Industries. It left Tel Aviv for Bangor then flew on to Oscoda, Michigan.
It began life in 2005 with Emirates under registration A6-EBB. It changed hands through leasing and re-registrations before emerging as N778CK.
This aircraft is part of a new generation of cargo jets. The 777-300ERSF offers about 25 per cent more payload than the standard 777F and uses roughly 21 per cent less fuel than the legacy 747-8F.
Its livery captures the shift in cargo aviation. The familiar Kalitta design signals a new era in air freight service.
How to use it
Place it on your desk, showcase it on a shelf, or add it to a diorama. The included stand makes it easy to display in flight mode.
No tools, glue, or additional paints are needed. This model comes factory-finished and ready for display straight out of the box.
This is a diecast model. It is fragile and not recommended for children.
