Why this kit matters

The Lancia 037 was developed for Group B rally competition in the early 1980s. It became the last rear-wheel-drive car to win the World Rally Championship manufacturers’ title, marking a major moment in rally history before the shift to four-wheel-drive dominance.

The 1984 Tour de Corse victory highlighted the car’s balance of lightweight construction and supercharged power delivery. Driven in one of the most demanding tarmac rallies, the 037 proved competitive against newer four-wheel-drive rivals and secured its place in motorsport history.

How to use it

Build using paint, glue and modelling tools such as sprue cutters, hobby knife and fine brushes. Assemble chassis, body shell, interior roll cage and wheels step by step. Apply decals for official rally markings and finish with paint detailing for race-weathered effects. Display once complete in a collection or rally diorama.

This is a plastic model kit. Assembly, paint, and glue are required. It is not a toy.
