Yes. Hobbyco Rewards is completely free to join, with no membership fees or minimum spend required. Anyone can sign up and start earning Hobbycoins immediately when shopping online or in-store.
Once signed up, you earn Hobbycoins automatically based on your current tier and what you spend when you shop at Hobbyco: Hobbyist tier earns 1 HC per A$1 spend, Enthusiast tier earns 1.25 HC per A$1 spend, and Master tier earns 1.5 HC per A$1 spend. You can also earn extra Hobbycoins by following us on social media, reviewing your order, or referring friends.
Your tier updates automatically as your total Hobbycoins increase. Reach 300 Hobbycoins to unlock Enthusiast, and 1,000 for Master. No action required from you.
Yes. Hobbyco Rewards works both online and in-store. Earn when you shop on the Hobbyco website or at any retail location, and redeem at online checkout or at the in-store point of sale.
Yes. Hobbycoins expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Make sure to use them before they expire!
Log into your Hobbyco Rewards account online to view your balance and current tier. You can also ask any of our in-store staff for help.

No. Points are linked to your profile and cannot be transferred.
No. Discount codes created through point redemptions are linked to your profile and cannot be used by another person. You can, however, send someone a referral link for $5 off and get rewards when they place an order! (Limit 3 referrals per profile)
