Why this aircraft matters

G-BOAA was a British Airways Concorde that entered commercial service in 1976. It operated the first scheduled British Airways Concorde service from London Heathrow to Bahrain on 21 January 1976. The aircraft later operated on the airline's supersonic routes.

The Landor colour scheme became associated with British Airways during the 1980s. On G-BOAA, the scheme adds dark blue and pearl-grey tones with the British Airways coat of arms to the distinctive Concorde airframe.

G-BOAA is now preserved at the National Museum of Flight in Scotland. This Gemini Jets release gives you a compact 1:400 scale representation of the aircraft and its historic British Airways Landor identity.

How to use it
