A new livery was introduced in 2018 in parallel with Icelandair joining the national airline of Cape Verde. Each of the current three Boeing 757s received a different color variation, each of which is intended to reflect the color of an island in the archipelago off the coast of Africa in the Atlantic. The color variation on the 757 with the registration D4-CCG was inspired by the characteristic colors of the houses on the main island of Santiago.
