F-35B Lightning II ZM149 “015” (c/n BK-15) piloted by Sqn Ldr Will of the RAF No 207 Squadron from RAF Marham completed the first successful landing onboard HMS Prince of Wales on June 8, 2021. This was the inaugural landing of a fixed-wing aircraft on the Prince of Wales. The Prince of Wales is the second Royal Navy aircraft carrier and was conducting sea trials commencing on June 7, 2021. ZM149 will take part in the sea acceptance trials by testing the vessel’s ability to launch and recover aircraft.
