Why this kit matters

The Mil Mi-24 was a Soviet-designed attack and transport helicopter developed by the Mil design bureau. It entered Soviet service in the early 1970s and combined heavy weapon capability with space for carrying troops. Its unusual combination of attack helicopter and transport features gave it a distinctive place in military aviation.

The Mi-24V, also known by the NATO reporting name Hind-E, introduced a more powerful armament arrangement that included the YakB-12.7 mm four-barrel machine gun mounted in a flexible nose turret. The helicopter saw extensive combat use, including during the Soviet war in Afghanistan, and remains one of the most recognizable military helicopters of the Cold War era.

How to use it

Build using model glue and paint. Modelling tools such as side cutters, a hobby knife, tweezers and sanding tools are required to prepare parts for assembly. Paint and glue are not included. Display the completed model proudly at home or in your collection cabinet.

This is a plastic model kit. Assembly, paint, and glue are required. It is not a toy.
