Description

RONUK TANK WAGON

Private owner wagons abounded prior to nationalisation, they would often be seen far from their base as they were sent to collect raw materials and supplies such as coal, and deliver finished goods. All Peco wagons feature free running wheels in pin point axles. The ELC coupling, whilst compatible with the standard N gauge couplings, keeps a realistic distance between vehicles and enables the PL-25 electromagnetic decoupler to be used for remote uncoupling.

  • It is a painted model that reproduces a 2-axle freight car with N gauge. A wide lineup of pre-painted freight cars, from standard freight cars that have been widely used in Commonwealth countries, to privately owned freight cars until the 1980s, and British Rail freight cars.
  • The unique colorful paint, combined with the compactness of a two-axle freight car, makes the collection fun. If the vehicle has a track width of 9 mm, it can run on the tracks of various companies as well as those made by PECO. Since it comes with a standard Arnold type coupler, you can freely enjoy it in combination with various vehicles.
  • This model is a 2-axle freight car model for N gauge scale railway models. The model freight car reproduces a tank car.
  • Tank cars are widely used for transporting chemicals as well as oil and milk. It was used on railroads in England, mainly in the 1950s.
  • Before the British railway was unified into the Japanese National Railways, it was operated by railways in various places, and each manufacturer prepared and operated individual freight cars for the transportation of materials and products used by each manufacturer. The model models a traditional British two-axle tank car.
  • The shape and details of the tank are realistically reproduced. The expression of the chassis, such as the steel frame equipped with four wheels, is also mechanically finished. The marking reproduces the marking of the logo of Ronuku, a chemical manufacturer such as polish. The bright blue is also eye-catching. The axle is a pivot type with low rolling resistance. With standard Arnold type coupler.

Recommended to be used with:

  • PECO Streamline and Setrack N Gauge Code 80 and Code 55 trackage systems
  • PECO N Quality Line Wagons
