Zimex Aviation is headquartered in Glattbrugg, between the city of Zurich and Zurich Airport. Zimex operates a fleet of more than 25 aircraft for humanitarian organizations, United Nations agencies, as well as various mining, petroleum, cargo, and charter companies throughout Europa, Africa, Asia and Latin America. The currently largest aircraft in use are eleven ATR turboprop aircraft, among them six ATR-72s in an all-cargo configuration.
