The Tupolev Tu-154 was the Soviet bloc's workhorse medium-haul airliner, instantly recognisable by its three rear-mounted engines and T-tail. Malév Hungarian Airlines flew the type for many years as part of its fleet, until the airline ceased operations in 2012.
