How to use it

The Scout-24 arrives fully assembled and ready to run. First, install 4 × AA batteries into the MTX-316 transmitter. Charge the included 7.4V 360mAh Li-Ion battery using the supplied 7.4V USB charger, then install the charged battery in the vehicle. Switch on the transmitter before powering the crawler and check the steering and throttle controls before driving. Use the low-speed setting for rocks, roots and technical obstacles, and select the higher gear when driving across smoother terrain. After use, remove dirt and debris from the tires, suspension and chassis, check the vehicle for loose or damaged parts, and store the battery appropriately when not in use.
