Install 4 × AA batteries in the MTX-316 transmitter, then charge the included 7.4V 360mAh Li-Ion vehicle battery using the supplied 7.4V USB charger. Install the charged battery in the crawler and switch on the transmitter before powering the vehicle. Check the steering and throttle operation before driving, using the low-speed setting for rocks and technical obstacles and the higher gear for smoother terrain. Operate the crawler in a safe area away from traffic, people and hazards. After driving, remove dirt and debris from the tires, suspension and chassis, check for loose or damaged components, and store the battery according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
