Why this kit matters

The Zakspeed ZK891 is a unique chapter in Formula 1 history, representing Zakspeed’s own entry into the 1989 season with its distinct chassis and livery. The inclusion of a 1/24 scale race queen figure-Amy McDonnell-sets this kit apart from standard car models, offering extra visual interest and scene storytelling possibilities.

Building this model lets you recreate both the technical aspects of an iconic F1 car and the cultural side of motorsport presentation. The detailed decals and figure decals make the finished model ideal for display shelves or as part of a larger racing collection.

How to use it

Carefully assemble the plastic car and resin figure using modelling tools, glue, and paints. Follow the included decal sheet to apply car wrap and figure details. Once complete, display in your cabinet or create a racing diorama scene to highlight the car and figure together.

This is a plastic model kit. Assembly, paint, and glue are required. It is not a toy.
