Why this kit matters

The Sd.Kfz.234/3 Schwerer Panzerspahwagen Stummel was a German heavy armoured car used during World War II. Equipped with a short-barrelled 7.5 cm KwK 51 L/24 gun, it provided mobile fire support for reconnaissance units. Its eight-wheel drive and robust suspension allowed it to operate effectively across varied terrain, making it a valuable asset on the battlefield.

Produced in limited numbers between 1944 and 1945, the Sd.Kfz.234/3 saw action on both the Eastern and Western Fronts. Its combination of speed, firepower, and versatility made it a favourite among crews. Today, it remains a popular subject for military historians and scale modellers, representing a unique chapter in armoured vehicle development.
