Description
This is an AFV Club Models 1/350 Scale assembly and painting required plastic model kit of the US-built diesel-electric submarine (ex-USS Dace, SS-247) updated for Cold War service in the Marina Militare Italiana as Leonardo da Vinci (S-510). Features - Kit has 2-piece hull split at the waterline, upper pressure hull, pivoting rudder, detailed diving planes, streamlined sail with open bridge, snorkel, fine deck fittings, 21" torpedoes and display stand with nameplate. - Also features photo-etch railings and bow plane actuators. - Completed model is approximately 10.7" long.
