This sounds like a fantastic and highly sought-after model! You're describing a diecast aircraft model of a very specific and iconic real-world aircraft.

Here's a detailed description of the 1/400 Boeing 747-400 "Asia's World City" Reg: B-HOY with Antenna:

This is a meticulously crafted 1:400 scale diecast model representing a Boeing 747-400 jumbo jet. The "Misc" in your description likely refers to the model's manufacturer (e.g., Phoenix Models, JC Wings, GeminiJets), as the aircraft itself is a specific example.

Key Features and Details:

• Aircraft Type: Boeing 747-400, often referred to as the "Queen of the Skies," known for its distinctive hump and long-range capabilities.
• Scale: 1:400, a popular scale for collectors, offering a good balance between detail and a manageable display size.
• Operator & Registration: The aircraft represented is B-HOY, which was a real Boeing 747-400 operated by Cathay Pacific, the flag carrier of Hong Kong.
• Special Livery: The model showcases the unique "Asia's World City" special livery. This was a distinctive paint scheme applied to B-HOY by Cathay Pacific from July 2002 to December 2008, as part of a campaign to promote Hong Kong as a vibrant global city. It typically features the "Brand Hong Kong" dragon logo and the "Asia's World City" slogan prominently on the fuselage.
• Construction: The model is made from high-quality diecast metal for the main fuselage and wings, providing a realistic weight and feel. Smaller components like landing gear, engines, and antennas are typically made from durable plastic.

• • Precisely replicated panel lines and surface details.

  • Accurate pad-printed liveries, markings, and stenciling that won't fade or peel.

  • Realistic engine nacelles.

  • Antennas: The "with Antenna" detail indicates that the model includes small, accurate antenna protrusions on the fuselage, adding to its realism.

  • Fixed (or sometimes removable) landing gear with rolling rubber tires.

• Collectibility: Models with special liveries like "Asia's World City" are highly sought after by collectors, especially as the real Boeing 747-400 is now largely retired from passenger service, making this a piece of aviation history.

This model is a faithful miniature representation of a significant aircraft from Cathay Pacific's fleet and a memorable livery promoting Hong Kong.
