Their work ensured aircraft were ready for missions in harsh desert conditions, supporting famous units like the Afrika Korps and the Luftwaffe’s fighter and bomber squadrons. Accurate ground crew figures bring authenticity to any North Africa-themed model scene.

This set reflects the uniforms, equipment, and daily tasks of German airfield personnel from 1941–1943. Including tools and accessories, it helps recreate the atmosphere of wartime airbases, offering insight into the logistics and teamwork behind every flight. Perfect for history enthusiasts and scale model builders seeking to capture the details of WWII aviation history.
