Why this kit matters
The MH-6J Little Bird developed from the Hughes OH-6 Cayuse family, which was selected for the US Army's Light Observation Helicopter programme in the 1960s. The design evolved through several versions and later became the basis for specialised helicopters used by US Special Operations Forces.
The MH-6J was designed for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, known as the Night Stalkers. Its compact size and agility made it well suited to special operations, with the aircraft capable of carrying troops on external side benches. The ICM kit represents two 160th SOAR aircraft from the 1990s and provides a focused subject for a modern military aircraft collection.
How to use it
Build using modelling tools, paint and glue. Follow the illustrated instructions, apply the supplied decals and display the completed helicopter proudly at home or in your collection cabinet.
This is a plastic model kit. Assembly, paint, glue and modelling tools are required. It is not a toy.
