Why this kit matters

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 was a Soviet supersonic fighter that became one of the most widely recognized jet aircraft of the Cold War. The MiG-21F-13 entered mass production in 1959 and was developed as a lightweight day fighter. Its compact design, delta wing and high speed made it an important aircraft for the Soviet Union and many overseas operators.

The MiG-21 served with air forces across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East and saw combat in conflicts including the Vietnam War and the Six-Day War. This Eduard ProfiPACK edition represents the MiG-21F-13 in 1/48 scale and offers six aircraft marking choices from different countries, making it well suited to Cold War aircraft collections.

How to use it

Assemble the plastic parts using modelling glue and suitable modelling tools. Paint the aircraft and apply the supplied decals and painting mask to complete the model, then display it as part of a Cold War aircraft or scale model collection.

This is a plastic model kit. Assembly, paint, and glue are required. It is not a toy.
