Why this kit matters

The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb was one of the best-known British fighters of the Second World War. The Mk.V was developed to meet changing combat requirements and became an important RAF fighter during the war, serving in Europe and other theatres.

This edition focuses on Czechoslovak pilots who served in the Royal Air Force during the defense of Great Britain and later attacks on targets in occupied Europe. The 12 marking options include aircraft flown by pilots serving with units such as Nos. 310, 312 and 313 Squadrons, alongside the Czechoslovak Wing at Exeter.

How to use it

Build using modelling tools, plastic model cement and paint. Assembly, painting and finishing are required. The supplied photo-etched parts and painting mask can be used to add fine detail to both aircraft. Display the completed Spitfire models together in a collection or display cabinet.

This is a plastic model kit. Assembly, paint, and glue are required. It is not a toy.
