Why this kit matters

The Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) is a key precision-guided weapon used by the United States military since the late 1990s. By converting unguided bombs into smart munitions, JDAMs have played a crucial role in modern air campaigns, offering accuracy and reliability in a range of combat scenarios. Targeting pods, such as the LANTIRN and Sniper, have further improved the effectiveness of strike aircraft by providing advanced targeting and guidance capabilities.

This set allows scale modellers to accurately represent the latest loadouts seen on frontline US aircraft, reflecting real-world operational configurations. Adding these weapons and pods to your models brings them up to date with current military technology and enhances their display value.
