Why this kit matters

The German battleship Scharnhorst was a key capital ship of the Kriegsmarine during the Second World War. Commissioned in 1939, Scharnhorst was renowned for her speed, firepower, and advanced design. Turret B, equipped with triple 28cm SK C/34 guns, played a crucial role in the ship’s engagements, including the famous Channel Dash and the Battle of the North Cape.

Building this 1/72 scale model offers a unique opportunity to explore the engineering and history behind one of Germany’s most formidable naval weapons. The kit’s accuracy and detail make it a valuable addition for anyone interested in naval warfare, military history, or advanced scale modelling.
