Why this kit matters

The Mothman is a well-known figure in American folklore, first reported in the 1960s in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Witnesses described a winged humanoid creature with glowing red eyes, often linked to strange sightings and unexplained events. The legend gained attention after the collapse of the Silver Bridge in 1967, which some locals associated with earlier Mothman sightings.

Over time, the Mothman has become a cultural icon, appearing in books, films, and documentaries. It represents the mystery and intrigue surrounding unexplained phenomena and urban legends. This model kit brings that legend to life in physical form, offering hobbyists a chance to recreate a creature that continues to capture imaginations.
