The "BitBlade" series of engraving blades for attaching to a pin vice now includes a triangular blade!
The set includes four blades with angles of 90 deg, 45 deg, 20 deg, and 5 deg.
The carving width changes depending on the angle of the blade, so you can use the blades for different purposes. By maintaining a shallow angle as if the bit is laid down for push carving, you can smoothly and straightly carve at the same depth.
By engraving while the blade is tilted to the side, you can engrave smooth curves in addition to straight lines.
