Digimon, short for "Digital Monsters", is a Japanese media franchise encompassing virtual pet toys, anime, manga, video games, films and a trading card game. The franchise focuses on Digimon creatures, monsters living in a "Digital World", a parallel universe originating from Earth's various communication networks. Created in 1997 as a series of virtual pets, the creatures were first designed to look cute and iconic even on the devices' small screens; later developments had them created with a harder-edged style influenced by American comics.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the TV anime *Digimon Adventure 02*, we present the *D-3 Digimon Detect & Discover -25th Colour Evolution* featuring the updated version of the iconic "D-3" device, originally released in 2000.

This updated version features a colour LCD screen, a rechargeable battery, and an embedded vibration motor while maintaining the original compact design. With the colour LCD, the characters appear in full colour, and the backgrounds also change, bringing different areas to life.

120 Digimons, including the partner Digimons, are featured, with boss Digimons appearing throughout the story. During battles, you can choose from "Tap," "Shake," and "Press a button" battle methods. The evolution scenes will feature dynamic animations and music that match the progression of the Digimon evolutions.
