Why this kit matters

The 7 plank wagon was one of Britain’s most recognisable open freight wagon designs, widely used for transporting coal, scrap, timber, and industrial materials across the rail network. This special VJ Day Airforce 80th Anniversary edition commemorates the historic end of World War II in the Pacific and honours the contribution of Allied air forces.

The combination of traditional British rolling stock with commemorative artwork makes this wagon a standout display piece while still fitting naturally into mixed freight operations on heritage-era layouts.

How to use it

This ready-to-run N scale wagon can be placed directly onto compatible N gauge track and coupled into freight formations or commemorative display trains. Suitable for both operational layouts and static collections. No assembly, paint, or glue is required.

This is a plastic model. Assembly, paint, and glue are not required. It is not a toy.
