Description
Keiyo Rinkai Railway was established as Japan's first coastal railway, and opened the Rinkai Main Line in 1963, handling freight transport in the Keiyo coastal industrial area.
Among the KD55 series, No. 103 was fitted with an engine from a former JNR DD13 series transfer vehicle, and is used to pull freight trains on the Rinkai Main Line.
