Commercialized as a prototype made by Tokyu Vehicles belonging to Kamakura Vehicle Center. The actual vehicle formation is based on 6 cars, but is active in a maximum of 12 cars. In order to reproduce combined operation, the coupler on the driver's cab side of the lead car is equipped with a telescopic Kato coupler and a head/tail light off switch. The headlights are reproduced to match the actual vehicle, with white HID lights at the top and bulb-colored sealed beams at the middle. Furthermore, a red tail light lights up at the bottom. Reproduces the "interbody damper (PAT.P)" which is one of the features of the E259 series. Each notation, including the "N'EX" logo, is beautifully reproduced. Separate parts represent the signal flare, train telephone antenna, and protective radio antenna. The destination display on the side is "Narita Express Narita Airport" printed.
