To speed the cure time ZIP KICKER may be sprayed on the joint after the glue has been applied. When forming a fillet or filling a large gap spray ZIP KICKER directly on the glue, it will start to harden immediately first forming a hard outer shell with the inside curing at a slower rate creating an extremely strong bond. When using on fiberglass cloth or fabric spread it across the material with an old playing card, business card, or a soft plastic spreader. The curing time will vary depending on the thickness of the glue. When spread out thinly it will cure much faster than a thick bead. For critical applications test sample joints for designed strength requirements.
