The Hawkeye is certainly the most complex aircraft in existence. It is so large that it is still able to take off easily. The Hawkeye can be stored in aircraft carrier hangars because the wings can be folded back on both sides. Its operational core is the radar, which is equipped with one of the fastest computers. The French Navy ordered three Hawkeyes in April 1995. The first was delivered to Lann-Bihoué air base on December 18, 1998. These aircraft are part of the 4F flotilla and are on board the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle.
