Why this kit matters

The MiG-29 remains one of the most recognisable fourth-generation fighter aircraft, designed by the Soviet Union for air superiority missions. Its twin-engine layout and high agility made it a key platform across multiple air forces worldwide.

In Ukrainian service, the MiG-29 has been adapted for modern combat roles, including ground-attack missions using precision-guided munitions. The inclusion of JDAM-ER bombs reflects the integration of Western-guided weapon systems onto legacy airframes, showing how older platforms are adapted for current battlefield requirements.

How to use it

Build using plastic cement, modelling knives, sanding tools, and fine brushes for camouflage and weapon detailing. Paint is required for authentic Ukrainian Air Force markings and weapon finishes. Display once complete as part of a modern jet or NATO-aligned air power collection.

This is a plastic model kit. Assembly, paint, and glue are required. It is not a toy.
