Firstly, we would like to welcome you our new and revamped website. It's not 100% complete as we are still going through a lot of changes and fixing our database to fit.
Hobbyco Accounts & Online Pre-orders
You may have already noticed, but all accounts made prior to this change is no longer in the current system. You will have to register a new account if you would like to make a purchase. As the previous database had an extremely large amount of accounts that also included inactive and incomplete accounts, it was concluded that starting fresh was a better option.
However, all transactions, orders and account details are still accessible to us, so if you would like any updates on your pre-orders, or a history of your orders, please let us know via the Contact Us Page.
Another Loyalty Program is currently being revised and a new scheme will eventually be implemented. For now, Hobbyco Club Memberships are still active and can only be created and renewed in-store. If you are currently an active Club Member, please provide us your Hobbyco Club Number and Name via the Contact Us Page. If it is valid (not yet expired), we will update your account to include the discount benefits and let you know.
There is still a lot for us to work through in terms of our products and our website, so please bear with us as we continue to improve our website in order to provide you with a better online shopping experience with Hobbyco.
